Foundry Shop

Foundry Shop with 56 inch dia Coke Fired Cupola with capacity to produce Molten Metal 7 tonne per hour, 10 tonne Overhead Crane, Heating Chamber, Sand Testing Equipment, Pattern Shop, Vibrating Screen, Mauler Machine and Covered Area – 30,000 Sq.ft.

Well equipped Machine Shop fitted with 10 tonne overhead crane, Lathe Machine, Radial & Vertical Drill Machine, Arc Welding Machine, Vertical Boring Machine, Facing Lathe Machine up to 6 meters dia, Proof Load Testing Machine 80 tonne capacity duly calibrated by C.I.M.F.R. and more. Includes Ultrasonic Testing Machine, Stroll in Carbon Apparatus (1500°C), Muffle Furnace (1200°C), Brinell Hardness Tester (3000 Kg), Rope Cappel Band Testing Equipment (20 T Load Capacity), and Green/Dry Compressive Strength Testers.
